BV Preschool for 4 year olds
accepting applications for 2009 – 2010

• The Boyer Valley Preschool is accepting applications for its
program for the 2009 – 2010 school year.
Children that are 4-years-old prior to September 15, 2009, are
eligible to apply. Please pick up an application in the office of
either school building.
• For the convenience of parents, our program has a classroom in
each of the 2 school buildings. Campus Care (daycare) can be used
in either school building in coordination with the preschool
program. Preschool students can ride the regular route bus with
arrangements.
• Classes are available at BVN (Dow City) for MWF from 8:00 AM –
11:30 AM or T & Th from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Classes are
available at BVS (Dunlap) for MWF from 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM.
• The program has met the “verified status” for the Iowa Quality
Preschool Program Standards by the State of Iowa.
• The preschool uses a curriculum that is recommended by the
state…Creative Curriculum.
• There are no daily/hourly costs. The program is funded by the
Statewide Voluntary Preschool for 4-Year-Old funding.
• Please call the elementary building if you have more questions
(674-3248). We would love the opportunity to serve the educational
needs of your preschool student!
We are taking applications for our 2009-2010 preschool. We are
located in the Dow City AND Dunlap school buildings. Your child
must turn 4 by September 15, 2009, in order to be considered. Due
to limited space, applications will be accepted based on student
needs. If you are interested in getting a preschool application,
